- How do the routines work? Each routine is a short, timed sequence of gentle face-yoga moves with a looping visual tutorial and step-by-step guidance.
- Where are my journal photos stored? Progress photos and notes stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers.
- Is this a medical app? No. FaceForm is a wellness and relaxation app for personal use only.
- What does the Lifetime Unlock include? It removes ads and unlocks every routine and exercise with a single one-time purchase — no subscription.
- How do I restore my purchase? Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. The Lifetime Unlock is tied to your Apple ID.
- Can I change the app language? Yes. FaceForm is localized into 20 languages, selectable in Settings.

FaceForm is designed as a local-first, private wellness app. This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed by the app and by the third-party services used for ads and purchases.
Information You Provide
- Progress photos you choose to capture or import into the journal.
- Routine completion logs, streaks, goals, reminder times, and notes you enter.
This content is stored locally on your device. We do not operate an account system and we do not upload your photos or notes to our own server.
Camera and Photo Library
The app asks for camera or photo library access only when you choose to take or import a journal photo. You can manage these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
In-App Purchases
The Lifetime Unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple may process payment, purchase history, and account information according to Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We never see your payment details.
Advertising
The free version shows Google AdMob banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. AdMob may process identifiers, advertising data, product interaction data, diagnostics, and related data for advertising and measurement. The app requests App Tracking Transparency permission before any tracking; you can decline and still use every feature. Purchasing the Lifetime Unlock removes all ads.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal photos or notes. We do not use your photos for medical diagnosis, model training, or advertising.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your in-app photos, logs, streaks, and notes remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. You can delete individual journal entries at any time from within the app.

The app is provided for personal relaxation, face-yoga practice, and progress journaling. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition.
Purchases
FaceForm offers a one-time Lifetime Unlock through Apple in-app purchase, which removes ads and unlocks all routines and exercises. This is a non-consumable purchase tied to your Apple ID and is not an auto-renewing subscription. You can restore it on any device signed in to the same Apple ID.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
Ads
The free version shows ads. Purchasing the Lifetime Unlock removes ads where technically available in the app.
No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, data retention, or any particular physical or cosmetic outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
