Frequently Asked Questions

• How many game modes are there? Six: Classic Memory, Speed Match, Connect Match, Chain Reaction, Spot the Odd One, and Memory Battle.
• Is it free to play? Yes — 4 categories and 20 levels per category are completely free. Premium unlocks unlimited levels and all 30 categories.
• What are power-ups? Peek briefly reveals all cards, and Freeze pauses the timer. Earn them through gameplay or by watching a short ad.
• Does it work offline? Yes. All 4 free categories (Animals, Food, Ocean, Space) are bundled with the app and playable offline.
• What devices are supported? iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later.
• How do I delete my data? Go to Settings → Delete All Data. This permanently removes all progress, stars, and preferences.

Privacy Policy

1. Overview

NemoStation ("we", "us") operates PicWorld Memory ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

2. Data We Collect

We do not collect personal data. The App does not require an account, login, or any personal information to function.

All gameplay data (scores, level progress, stars, power-up inventory, settings) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We have no access to this data.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit — processes in-app purchases (Premium upgrade and monthly subscription). Purchase records are managed entirely by Apple.

Premium users see no ads. Purchasing Premium or the monthly subscription disables all AdMob data collection.

4. App Tracking Transparency

The App requests your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any personalized advertising. If you decline, only non-personalized ads are shown. You can change this at any time in iPhone Settings → PicWorld Memory.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

PicWorld Memory is suitable for all ages. All ad requests are tagged for child-directed treatment in compliance with COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device, deleting the App removes all associated data. You can also manually delete all data from Settings → Delete All Data within the App.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to access, export, or delete. Your gameplay data is entirely under your control on your device.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using PicWorld Memory, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases:

• Premium Lifetime ($9.99) — a one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently removes ads, unlocks all levels, and grants access to all categories.
• Monthly Premium ($3.99/month) — an auto-renewable subscription providing the same benefits as Lifetime Premium. Cancel anytime via iPhone Settings → Subscriptions.

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. Premium features are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID.

4. Subscription Terms

The monthly subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to derive its source code.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
