Spot is free to play and is supported by ads. There is one optional in-app purchase — a one-time Remove Ads unlock that removes advertising from the game. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Open the app's settings or shop and tap "Remove Ads" to make the one-time purchase. Payment is handled securely by Apple through your Apple ID.
If you reinstall Spot or switch devices, tap "Restore Purchases" in settings. Your Remove Ads unlock will be restored to any device signed in to the same Apple ID.
Spot uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency. The prompt lets you choose whether our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may use your device identifier for personalized ads. You can decline and still play the full game — you'll simply see less-personalized ads. You can change this any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Because all progress is stored locally on your device, deleting the app removes your saved progress and settings. Reinstalling gives you a fresh start.

Spot keeps your game data on your device. We operate no servers of our own and have no account system. To keep the game free, we show ads through Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and usage data for advertising. We never sell your personal data.
Spot does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, or login. Your game progress, level completion, and settings are stored locally on your device. We (the developer) do not operate any server that collects, transmits, or stores this information.
To keep Spot free, the app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service. To deliver and measure ads, the AdMob SDK may collect certain information from your device, including device identifiers (such as the advertising identifier), IP address, general device and usage information, and ad interaction data. This information may be used to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice and consent.
You can review how Google uses this data in the Google Privacy Policy and learn about ad personalization at Google Ads & Data. Purchasing the one-time Remove Ads option removes advertising from the app.
On iOS, Spot uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and asks for your permission before allowing our advertising partner to use your device's advertising identifier for tracking across apps and websites. If you decline, we do not use your identifier for cross-app tracking, and you will see less-personalized ads. You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Spot uses Apple's StoreKit for the optional one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see or store your payment details.
We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, camera, or photo data, and we operate no analytics servers of our own. The only data processing beyond your device is performed by the third-party services listed above.
Spot is a family-friendly game rated 4+. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. The game requires no account and no personal information to play. Because the app is ad-supported, we configure our advertising to serve age-appropriate advertising in line with the game's rating. Parents who prefer an ad-free experience for their child can purchase the one-time "Remove Ads" option. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
Spot is designed to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Because your game data lives on your device, you remain in control — deleting the app erases it. Where applicable, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal data. For advertising data handled by Google, you can manage your choices via the App Tracking Transparency prompt and Google's ad settings, or exercise your rights directly through Google.
Game progress and settings are retained on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Data handled by our advertising partner is retained according to that provider's own policies.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Spot displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob to keep the game free. By using the free version of the app, you agree to the display of these advertisements. You may remove ads by purchasing the one-time "Remove Ads" option.
Spot offers one optional in-app purchase — "Remove Ads" — a one-time, non-consumable unlock. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
You agree to use Spot only for its intended purpose as an entertainment game. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or assets of the application.
All artwork, scenes, characters (including Spot the cat), and other content in the app are the property of the developer and are protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own entertainment.
