✉ Contact SupportTap the + button on the Inventory tab. You can add items manually, scan a barcode, scan a receipt, or use voice input (premium features).
When items run low (below your set threshold), they appear in the Shopping List tab. Tap "Generate from Low Stock" or pull down to refresh. Check off items when you've bought them — the quantity is automatically added back to your inventory.
Free users can track up to 50 items with manual entry. Premium unlocks unlimited items, barcode scanning, receipt OCR, voice input, budget tracking, export, and removes ads.
Premium users can create a household and share a unique code with family members. Members join using the code and get access to the shared inventory and premium features. All changes sync in real-time via iCloud.
Yes! Go to Settings → Language and choose from 21 supported languages. The app switches instantly without restarting.
Go to Settings → Manage Subscription, which opens your Apple ID subscription settings. You can cancel there at any time.
Go to Settings → Delete All My Data. This permanently removes all items, categories, shopping lists, and purchase records from your device.

StockPal stores your household inventory data (item names, quantities, expiry dates, photos, and categories) locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. When CloudKit sync is enabled, this data is stored in your private iCloud account.
StockPal uses Google AdMob to display ads to free-tier users. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads through the App Tracking Transparency prompt shown when you first use the app, or in your device's Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
StockPal uses Apple's StoreKit 2 to manage in-app subscriptions. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not process or store payment information.
All inventory data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account. We do not operate any servers that store your data. Household sharing uses Apple's CloudKit shared database, which is managed entirely by Apple's infrastructure.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, health data, or browsing history. We do not sell any data to third parties.
StockPal is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
You can delete all your data at any time from Settings → Delete All My Data. This removes all inventory items, categories, shopping lists, and purchase records from your device. Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

StockPal is a household inventory tracking application that helps you manage food and household items, track expiry dates, generate shopping lists, and monitor spending. It supports barcode scanning, receipt OCR, voice input, and household sharing via iCloud.
StockPal offers a free tier (up to 50 items, manual entry, with ads) and a premium subscription (unlimited items, all input methods, no ads, household sharing). Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
Premium users can create households and invite members. Members receive premium access while in the household. Leaving a household revokes premium access. The household owner is responsible for the shared inventory data.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into StockPal. We do not claim any rights to your inventory data, photos, or other content.
You agree to use StockPal only for its intended purpose of household inventory management. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
StockPal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that expiry date tracking, barcode scanning, or receipt OCR will be 100% accurate. Always check food safety independently.
StockPal and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to food spoilage, missed expiry dates, or inaccurate inventory counts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
